Important Notice to Customers:
WeTickets acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not the organizer of the events listed on our website. Therefore:
WeTickets is not responsible for the cancellation, rescheduling, or significant change to any event.
All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, or postponements are determined by the event organizer.
Customers are encouraged to contact the event organizer directly for updates on postponed or canceled events.
If a refund is approved by the event organizer, WeTickets will facilitate the process within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
The event was officially canceled by the organizer and they have authorized a refund process.
A duplicate purchase of the same ticket(s) was made in error and reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
The customer experienced a verified technical issue during payment that resulted in no ticket receipt or access.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
A customer can no longer attend the event.
Displeasure with an event’s content, performance, or line-up.
Event was postponed to a later date by the organizer.
Issues related to travel, health, or personal matters unrelated to the event’s delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
A processing fee may be deducted depending on the payment gateway and administrative handling.
